hi DR,my name is kavin sir i had a unprotected sex last night with a sex worker without my knowledge my condom was removed so i hve a little fear about HIV so can u give some suggestion regarding the issue my age 22, weight 75, height 170cm, normal person without any medical problem and am single in my status am expecting your reply to ma mail ID( YYYY@YYYY )with regards kavin

Thank you for query.if you can find out the HIV status or any std disease status of partner it is good .if she is negative you can relax a bit .if doubtful please contact the centre where they manage HIV cases so that they test appropriately or give any prophylaxis if needed based on complete history.
