Suggest Remedy To Cure Nerve Damage In Collar Bone

i broke my collar bone back in nov and they didnt rebreak and set it so now since im in the military i am unable to put pressure on my shoulder the docs here say it is nerve damage and can take up to and over a yr to heal i m doing physical therapy for it but it is not doing anything will this get me kicked out?
