Hi,My age is 32 & i am a male, i am unmarried. I have the habit of regular masturbation. my left testicle is swollen heavily since last six months, i have no pain but is very hard. I am taking homeopathic medicine for last two months but have no relief. What to do?

At your age, it is very important that you get an ultrasound scan of your scrotum as soon as possible so that a more serious pathology such as a tumour is not missed.
If there are no major problems on the scan, you can use a scrotal support, and use of anti-inflammatory drugs along with pain killers like Tramadol judiciously could help reduce the pain and swelling.
You probably will find that stopping masturbation temporarily could also help in relief of discomfort.
