Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, sparse facial hair can be seen in a range of conditions, sometimes it is genetically determined, racial variations, hormonal influences, or alopecias which may result in this condition.
I would adv you to visit a dermatologist for evaluation of the condition and to rule out other associated conditions, if any. A few investigations may be required like the thyroid function tests and DHEAS etc. Management will be directed as per the etiology.
Thanks
