General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to laryngitis which is an inflammation of the larynx. I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen. I also suggest to drink warm lemon water and rest. The symptoms will probably relieve in a few days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
