hello sir, greetings. I am , 23 years old guy, i need your help sir. from the past 5 months am suffering with this situation.i got a mark like white skin covering a wound, and boil above my grid(penis steam), on inner skin. i don't know how and where to get treatment , i would like to know the name of disease and treatment for it. am really tensed, i hope to hear your valuable suggestions, would get me out of this problem.please post your contact and address too sir.

Thanks for query .

Based on what you have described I would state that you have developed white patch on inner side of prepuce (Foreskin) skin .This is called as Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterance (BXO) and is variant of Lichen sclerosis .

However it needs to be confirmed by clinical examination in person by a qualified Urologist .

The exact etiology of this condition is still not known but considered to be a variant of lichen Sclerosis .

It is a progressive disease and there is no specific treatment to cure it .

Use of topical steroid cream helps to slow down the progress of the disease .
