Is there something to take to help recovery time from effects of unknowIngly ingesting gluten? She has a strong intolerance & sleeping as if in a coma &/or acts VERY DRUNK! Has an infant daughter & husband at a loss how to help & safely get passed this!

I think you should take him to the Doctor to find out the cause of his disorientation. It could be Diabetic ketoacidoses, Alcoholic toxicity, dehydration or other causes. Ingesting gluten usually does not cause this picture.
