Suggest Remedy To Heal Burn Marks On Upper Lips

i had a choclate wax yesterdat evening on my upperlips. After doing that my upperlips was burning and today morning i saw some small small marks like burn are there on my upper lips. Please help me out with a quick healing remedy to take it off as i have my christmas on tuesday.

Apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 1 week. Avoid direct sun exposure.
