Suggest Remedy To Heal Pain And Swelling In Fingers

Hello,



I play tennis and in December last year I fell and injured my fingers. I went to see the doctor and when he took the picture he said that everything was OK little stretching. He also told me that I should fix my hand for 10 days. But I didn't had time for that so I didn't fixed it.



But now it is little swollen in Proximal Interphalangeal joint (PIP). It hurts little bit when I squeeze and I can't squeeze all the way. But I can use the fingers with no problem. It hurts in index finger, middle finger and a little bit in ring finger.



Can you please help me with this? How can I heal it?
