My doctor says I have a wicked sprain. I sprained it last Friday, so it's been almost a week. I have an air boot. I have several questions. 1st is I'm getting married in 2 weeks, so is there any advice to speed up the healing process? Also, I have been sleeping with the boot on, should I be?
