Suggest Remedy To Improve Memory And Concentration

hi this is parveen, i am 27 year old. i feel my memory is so weak, coz my mind always not present whener i do or not do anything. example" confusion on the way which i am always using to come home, very poor observation, cant remember things easily, cant give attention when talking people, cant recall my past life experience, m always thinking but dont remember wt m thinking, i like to be alone in my room, usually confuse or lost in streets, some time don know wt people tallking about. can u help me
