You are 45 and have low sex drive. To improve your sex drive you should take care of your sleep patterns, take quality sleep, not less than 7-8 hours.

Stay away from anxiety and stress. Reserve your energy. Take energy drinks and well balanced home made food. Do not skip meals. Do the right amount of exercises, jogging and walking, do not overstrain yourself. Quit addictions if any, stay away from smoking and reduce your alcohol consumption. Focus on a relationship you feel secure in. Take food that will help you boost your libido like red ginseng, herbal supplements like Ginkgo biloba. Take almonds, chocolates, honey, saffron, clove, cinnamon, strawberry, hazelnuts, asparagus, etc.

You can consult a GP, you may be prescribed aphrodisiac medicines. But do not develop drug dependents. Drug dependence causes more harm than good. You should get connected to a counselor. Get clinically examined by a GP, get few required tests and investigations done to detect any pathology causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.
