Suggest Remedy To Increase Breast Milk Supply

Hello doctor,this is vimali,I delivered female baby on may1st and from the time I delivered I have very low milk supply which is not sufficient even for a single feed.so I need to supplement with formula milk every time. I am taking lactare regularly.but still the same. I had the same problem for my 1st baby too...another problem aim suffering for last 3 month is pain in both nipple, crack in 1 nipple, which never healed inspire of trying all medicines...Foe the last 1 week I feel there is still very low milk production...so my baby starts to cry in few min after she sucks...I want ur help to increase my milk production..

u may take 2 cap.lactare thrice daily and lactare powder in 1 glass of milk twice daily and try to have cumin seeds .that will increase lactation
