Sir,My name is sameer. I'm 22 years old. My weight is approximately 75.I have a little tummy fat Otherwise a average shaped structure. It's really important for me to grow height by 3-4 inches My current height is 5feet 6 inches approx. Please suggest me as to how can I increase my height by 3-4 inches.It will be great a help.
