Suggest Remedy To Lower SGPT Level In Breastfeeding Mother

hi there
i found that my sgpt is 104,the rest of the results are normal.doctor was bit confused and he did not really showed any concerns so i did not asked any questions.
i just had a baby 2 months ago and i was adviced to eat meat for healing and for milk ,as i am breastfeeding.i have stoped now and eat vegs,lintles,and drink lots of water.
i am 5'4'' and weigh 70kg.
should i be worried about high sgpt ,what should i do to bring it down.
