Suggest Remedy To Minimize Pain From Piles During Pregnancy

hello doctor.i m 27 year old woman having one child{3 years}.I m suffering from piles from 2 years, which started after 1 year of childbirth..it is non bleeding, but intermittent pain.Now we are planning for another baby,but I'm very scared during pregnancy if conditions become worse then what will happen..plz suggest the remedy/precaution to minimise pain and probable bleeding during , as we plan the second kid. or should I get operated for it, removed and then plan.Rgds Mohini
