Suggest Remedy To Overcome Addiction To Codeine Phosphate Syrup

Hi I m 35 years old married lady and suffer from slip disc and disc prolapse.i have been advised to take pain killers as and when i have back pain.whenever i used to get dry cough i used to take a dose of codeine phosphate syrup. As it started giving me relief from other pains too, i stopped other pain killers and started consuming more cough syrup. Now i m addicted to codeine phosphate syrup-100ml per day. I have a great problem with the sleep and severe headaches. I seriously want to discontinue this cough syrup to maintain my health and my married life. My husband is totally unaware of this and at any cost I don't want him to know about this addiction because he respects me a lot. So please suggest me the medicines and anti dots and help me to get rid of this addiction
