Hello
Welcome here.
The important causes which are to be ruled out for drowsiness in daytime are narcolepsy and sleep apnea. A sleep-EEG will help to evaluate this.

Also, a tired mind can cause daytime drowsiness. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation regularly to keep your mind relaxed.

Drugs like modafinil (prescription drug) can help to maintain daytime alertness. Talk to your doctor about this.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
