Suggest Remedy To Overcome Depression Due To Bad Childhood
I had a very bad childhood. I was always alone . Now i am 18 years old but I am still depressed about my past. All I think about is suicide and using drugs. I am afraid of society and has a very bad time commubicating and loses myself at times . I am really depressed for life.
You are 18 years old and had bad childhood. You remained alone most of time. You have thoughts of suicide and using drugs. See its really distressful to have bad childhood but it should not be an excuse to use drugs. Try to think about your future. You have thoughts of suicide and this should not be ignored. I would advise you to talk to your parents or caregiver and then consult a psychiatrist. Immediate intervention by a psychiatrist is advised to come out of this depression.
For bad trauma Cognitive Therapy can help. Cognitive therapy will help to reduce the abnormal cognitive distortions and abnormal thought process. This will result in improvement of symptoms of depression and will reduce the bad thoughts.
Thanks, hope this helps you.
