Hello,

Night fall is not a problem. It is also called nocturnal ejaculation. This happens because your body removes the excess stored semen. This is natural and there is no need to stop this night fall. You can masturbate once or twice a week to stop night fall if you want. Therefore, I suggest consulting a psychologist for sex counseling.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
