Suggest Remedy To Overcome Numbness In Feet

I feel numbness in my feet anfear that I will fall down. I consulted a Neurologist who conducted Motor Nerve Conduction test. The conclusion of the test reads as "Concusion :Consistent with Axonal + Demylinating Motor Polyneuropathy in bboth lower limbs tested.

He has not prscribed any medicines or physiotherapy and has said that there is no cure for this.

Can you tell me if there is possibility of cure or relief for me?
