Suggest Remedy To Overcome Side Effects Of R Cinex For TB

Hi... Currently I am under treatment of tuberculosis. i have taken R Cinex 600 for initial 3 days when treatment started, I got side effects of fever & vomiting. So doctor stopped R Cinex & given Cifran 750 twice daily as secondary replacement for 5 weeks. If I start again R cinex can I get side effects again?
What food should I take to overcome on those effects?
