Hi I am Ishan Dhaliwal. I have a problem of panicking and trembling in pressure situations like presented to me in my Job. As a result I go blank and am unable to perform. I had to quit my Job and rush back home without any plan B. This fear and dissapointment of having lost out is getting to me here also. I am going into huge depression with suicidal tendencies. I feel like I have pursued a career I was not capable to perform in. Please help me as I am afraid now of the taunts of the society and also letting my family down who have supported me beyond borders of affection. I really feel a lot suicidal. Plz help me.
