Suggest Remedy To Overcome Weak Erections, Loss Of Memory And Body Weakness

Hi Doctor, I am 29,6.5ft, 55kg and was diagonised of pnemonia. I suffer weakness of the body,loss of memory,weak eraction for more than five years. I have been placed on erythromycin tab. Anti-cold tab.for 1week. What should i do to recover? And what is the cause the weak eraction?
