Suggest Remedy To Prevent Recurring Pneumonia

Hi. My daughter 4 years of age is suffering from recurrent pneumonia. She is having 39c fever. Got her checked and doctor told chest is clear. She is breathing normal, no sounds from chest. Can you please suggest some medicine?



We are giving her Azithromax once 4ml (Azithromycine syrup) and Augmentine syrup 5 ml twice a day with Brufen 6ml whenever there is fever.
