Suggest Remedy To Prevent Recurring Typhoid

hey i had a fever last month. had detailed tests and it was typhiod fever. and i am having typhoid fever again and again from couple of years every june. i took ciprofloxin for 6 weeks in case i have become a carrier patient but again typhidot is positive. Hemoglobin is 10.8 and platelets are 120. both low. really worried about my health.
