Suggest Remedy To Recover Person From Coma

Dear Doctor
My brother in January this year suffered from ascites / alcohol drinker/
was treated in hospital they took out the liquid / which was not repeated/
and daily he took antibiotic, lactulose . He got treatment with antibiotic
from End of January to End of Mars at home . For sure his psychological was not good but any how was possible to communicate
with him. He got every day salad soup with vegetables, he walked in home, but the biggest problem he had was constipation / 7 days no defecation /. Happens yesterday afternoon / 10 days no defecation/ that
go to coma the same situation is today. The emergency doctor injected
intravenous serum with Vit C / 4 ampoules/ and ultracorten The age of my brother is 73 years
sorry disturbing you if is possible to give a suggestion how to recover his coma it will be a great help
