Suggest Remedy To Reduce Alkaline Phosphate Levels

Hello Sir,I just dont know what to do to lower my alkaline phosphatase...i have my alkaline test an hour ago and the result is 526...Im 26 years old, male....i also have my ultrasound result and it is normal...im so depressed to find out is the result is so high....i hope you can give me advices to follow...Thank you...

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your alkaline phosphatase level is very high. There are many causes. Liver disease, intestinal disease or bone disease can leads to this. You should go for ast and alt level. If they are also increased then it suggest that you have liver disease. if they are normal then you have some intestinal or bone disease. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
