Suggest Remedy To Relieve Body Pain

hi i m 48 years old,female. i work in the insurance sectors. while coming back to home if i lye down on the bed for rest or at night while sleeping i cant able to turn my body from one side to another side,i need some-ones help for last few years. i visited many doctors taken many medicines but no use. now presently i m suffering from gastric problems also, every-day i have to take medicines for that but plz do suggest me about my full body pain.
