Suggest Remedy To Relieve Knee Pain After Child Birth

Hi . I had a baby ten weeks ago and have had increasing knee pain over the last few weeks. There is a tingling sensation on the skin around the knee and I cannot kneel at all. I have a very busy lifestyle, do a lot of walking with the pram and already have a three year old so I am often kneeling to care for the children. My right knee is worst but the left knee is going the same way. It is now painful even when walking and I am very concerned. Any advice would be appreciated.
