Suggest Remedy To Relieve Knee Pain Due To Chondromalacia Patella

Hi

I might have chondromalacia patella, i am waiting for my appointment. I had some x-rays and MRi when i was on holiday. i just need to show them to the doctor. my GP gave me some naproxen and brace for my knee. The thing is I have this pain all the time, even when I am on the bed sleeping. it hurts all the time, I cant take it any more. I do some excersices to strenght my muscules, it is still too painful. What else can i do to reduce the pain?
