Suggest Remedy To Relieve Knee Pain Due To Multiple Innjuries

I had a knee injury while playing in 2007 Nov.EX-ray tells no bone injury.Physiotherapy had made me almost ok. i had injury in the same spot in nov 2010 while boarding a train.This time again there is no problem with EX-ray.PL guide me ,I am little worried as it is reccuring and cannot run and play with my child.Help me out of the situation.
