Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain And Swelling In Knee

i am a house wife and i am suffering from swelling and pain in my knees. so i am not also able to walk properly , so i am intrested in machine with pads for acc. pun. . i am also intrested to know dat will it work on back pain, in survical pain etc. ..........and how much it will cost to us for a single machine thankyou . seeking for the reply from yor side soon. thankyou. for Dr Ganga Dadu
