Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain Behind Earlobe During Pregnancy

I have a sharp shooting pain happening right behind my earlobe (under or in my ear).. it's happening i would say at least once every minute or two... and it hurts like crazy.

I've taken Tylenol, which does nothing.. I am also pregnant so don't know what else I can take...
