Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain Due To Pulled Muscle

I was walking up to the store yesterday and i tryed to stand straight and it felt like i might have oulled a muscle or something or could it be a pinched nerve. the pain is really bad i can hardly move i feel like crying i tryed using a heating pad, then a ice pack, took 2 asprin nothing worked, i have ran out of ideas and options should i get looked at or what if i try to lay down on my bed i won't be able to get up
