Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain In Abdomen Near Navel During Periods
hi i m preeti..for the last one year i am suffering from the pain at the right side of on the abdomen very near to navel...all most at the navel only. It occurs every month during my periods and disappears itself after 10 to 12 days.....during pain it becomes difficult to take sides or move my right leg while lying on the bed or sleeping. also bending down becomes tough...doctors said i don t have hernina...i had taken medicines of infections of uterus also...still it occurs every month..please help me
In my opinion - -Take meftal spas or drotin before your period starts along with anti inflammatory drugs. - eat green leafy vegetables, avoid spicy food. - use hot water bottle during pain. - drink a lot of water - do some walk, yoga and exercise. - see for other causes of pain like appendicitis, colitis etc.
Hope this will help you. Feel free to discuss more. Good luck. Regards Dr. Richa
