Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

Your symptoms are due to premenstrual syndrome.
It can be due to hormonal changes or sometimes cause is unknown.

In my opinion -
-Take meftal spas or drotin before your period starts along with anti inflammatory drugs.
- eat green leafy vegetables, avoid spicy food.
- use hot water bottle during pain.
- drink a lot of water
- do some walk, yoga and exercise.
- see for other causes of pain like appendicitis, colitis etc.

Hope this will help you.
Feel free to discuss more.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
