Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain In Back, Neck And Knee After Falling

I was carrying some laundry down the stairs I didn't see the flyer that was there and fell half way down the stair. Now my back kills me along with my neck.I also think I mest up my knee cause it goes out and if I get down on my knees I can get back up I need help. My father keeps yelling at me cause i didnt go to the hospital when it happen and says I should take my landlord to court. but I think its to late and I still hurt
