Suggest Remedy To Relieve Swelling In Hood Of Clitoris

ok, its been about two days now and i am having his horrible feeling on the hood of my clitoris its become swollen and red and hurts to move and sit exct. I have not recently had sex in the last few weeks a thought maybe it had something to do with the tissue that i have been using? What is the best way to stop the swelling ?
