Suggest Remedy To Relive Pain In Neck Causing Inability To Move Head

Hi, about two days ago when I woke up and my neck had a bit of a cramp and to try to work it out i turned my head and i heard it crack. It felt better for like 10 seconds and instantly it began to throb with pain. Now it hurts to move my head at all. What should I do?
