Suggest Remedy To Remove Fimbrial Blockage Other Than Laproscopy

hi I m 29 year old.
I m diagnosed with PCOD and prescribed Glyciphage SR 500.
recently had ectopic pregnancy. Underwent laproscopic sugery.
doctor suggested for HSG test. HSG test result..the uterine cavity in well opacifed and no abnormality detected.
Both the fallopian tubes are well outlined through out their entire length upto the fimbrial end with normal peritoneal spillage of contrast on the right side,with mild dilatation of ampullary part of left side fallopian tube without spillage of contrast.
No evidence of filling defects and extrinsic or intrinsic impressions over the uterus.
Patent right side fallopian tube.
Hydrosalpinx on left side with fimbrial block.
doctor suggested for laproscopic surgery to remove the blockage. Is there any other solution please suggest? Can i conceive naturally?
