General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted the history relied to man scaling by your boyfriend and got a deep cut on scrotum.
Since the bleeding is unsyoppable., it is best to take him to ER for clinical evaluation and stitches as per the depth of the wound.
Rush to ER.
Trying at home is wastage of time and leaf into complications.
He will also need prescription based antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
