Suggest Remedy To Stop Constant Shivering Of Hands And Legs

I am Raj, 25yrs old. My hands always shivering. It looks like there is no strenght in the hands. Everyone notices that my hands shivering like an old man. I am having this problem for almost 8 yrs. Even my legs shivers. If i take stairs to goto 4th floor it start shivering once i am up. Even the sexual organ is not that much erect and stronger. Its not last longer. Is there any medicine to solve the problem. I am worried if it affects my sexual happiness. Please advice.

I dont smoke nor booze. When i was young i did masturbation alot . I think that caused my nervous weekness. Please help.
