i am 40 years old lady i have yawning problem while i was in the Chruch and while i am praying are reading bible i used to get more yawning about 100 times and i am getting tired and water is comin g from my eyes and nose i would t contorl it please tell me the remedy

the most near cause of the yawning could be hypoglycemia, and this need to be taken in account first, eat something this could stop the yawing, if this is frequent one then this could be functional condition, maniac disorder may be likely, control this habit, hope this information helps.
