Suggest Remedy To Stop Continuous Trembling Of Left Side Of Body

Trembling(Shivering) in all body and continuous perturbation if I want to control it then i feel more problem. Trembling is more than left side comparison than right side. I am feeling slowly my left portion of body is continuously being useless. I can't drink one glass water by left hand due to shivering in all body. Now I am taking Medicine Tab. Ciplar-40mg and Tab. Epitril MD 0.5 MG daily and i feel normal relief from this medicine for some hours. But for permanent treatment what i should do ?
