Suggest Remedy To Stop Twitching In Arm

I have a beating twich in my arm it lasted three hours. This was a week ago now I have one in my knee that you can see it .This is all in my left side . My kneck is locked and I have had shingels and also had a pinched nerve in the arm in the past. I have had some damage torn disks is this all nerve damage .
