Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic. Gynecosid does not bring about abortion. So there is no use in taking it.
There are tablets available to bring about abortion. Before starting the abortion treatment it is important to have examination by doctor to make sure that the pregnancy is in the uterus and you do not have contraindications for the medications.
There are two types of medicines ( anti progesterone and prostaglandin) used for abortion which your doctor will prescribe. Medical abortion is about 95% effective. Most women ( 80%) abort within 24 hours of taking the second pill. Some take little longer. After aborting the pregnancy you may have light bleeding for two weeks. Get an ultrasound done after two weeks to make sure that the abortion process is complete. To avoid such unnecessary stress I advise you to consult your doctor and start regular contraception like hormonal contraception or have an intrauterine devise fitted as they are very effective in preventing pregnancy. I hope I have answered to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries do contact me through healthcare magic
