Suggest Remedy To Treat Follicular Cyst Without Surgery

Hi I am 33years married for 2.5years haven t conceived once in this time hsg is clear ultra sound is clear husbands tests are clear problem is in my follicular size I took 8 cycles of Clomid n 5 cycles of cerofine nt regularly bt wid gaps of 1 or 2 months in between I took 5 injections of puregon from day 5 to 10 with cycle if cerofine 2 months back but a follicular cyst was formed which was fine the next month my doc stopped the treatment say gi should go for laprascopy kindly suggest me what to do can I conceive without surgerory plz help.
