Suggest Remedy To Treat Irregular Periods

hi, am 29 , 5.4 and arnd 48 kgs, unmarried and had no sex ever. for the last 1 year so ,my periods are coming in around 50 -60 days, so i consulted a doctor and she told me to take deviry tablets for sum time . But still i am not getting periods on time . also i have thyroid problem. What should i do?
