Good evening sir my name is S.Rama Mohan Raju.I am last ten years sinasitues problam.In the scaning my left nose small bend.Because daily small headache two times cleaning my nose,famouse doctors,one doctor said he tell immediatly surgery onther doctor,he tell dint any surgery,presant what can i do..........

hello, thanks for your query, deviated nasal septum causes nasal block, causes retained secretions in sinuses and blockage of sinus opening leading to sinusitis. if the problem is more than 6 months u need to do ct pns an d require to consult an ent surgeon for surgery. all the best. take care.
