Suggest Risk For The Fetus With Irregular Gestational Sac

Hi,I am 41 years and 6 weeks pregnant. My last ultrasound showed irregular gestational sac and a day before that I had slight spotting which has not happened again. My doctor has prescribed susten 200 for 2 weeks and then repeat ultrasound. What are the chances for my baby. I am concerned about its safety.

Gestational sac should be regular with growth corresponding to period of pregnancy,
In a normal pregnancy spotting is not a good sign, especially if it isbrownish in colour.
As it is not repeated again is a good sign .
Repeat USG will reveal the growth of fetus. Thanks and be feel free to ask in future
